Appointments 101
Most of our services are appointment based. This allows us to ensure that we have enough staff in place to do the best possible work. Our appointments book up very quickly so we recomend trying to book at least 2 weeks in advance. At certian times of the year, 2 weeks may not be enough, so the sooner you book the better.
When you come in to pick up your furry family member, we will suggest pre-booking your next appointment to ensure you don't have to wait longer than you should. Waiting too long may result in, matts, hot spots, painfully overgrown nails etc. Sooner is better.
While we are open at 8am, we can make arrangements to meet you here a little earlier if you have to be somewhere. We can also arrange pre-payment when you drop them off in case you are not able to get back in before we close. (more details bellow)
Early Drop-off/Late Pick-up
We understand how hard it can be to find time to get to appointments when you have to work. That is why we will try to work with you to make arrangements for an early drop off or late pick up.
While we don't open until 8am, we can arrange try to have a staff member come in early if needed.
If you don't get off work or can't make it back to pick up your furry family member, we can also take payment when you are dropping off your little one and we will arrange to have the vet staff bring them to the vet side for you when you arrive. We will give them a pee and water break just before we leave as well.
DId you know that cost of Credit Card processing has doubled in the past couple of years? Imagine if small businesses were to double the cost of thier products/services annually?!?!
Payment
At this time we accept CASH, Debit/Interac, Visa, MasterCard and Interac E-Transfer.
